'Bong Hits 4 Jesus' case finally settled: Juneau | adn.com
Coincidentally, I just watched "A/k/a Tommy Chong" last night. The point that we should take away from both of these cases is that marijuana policy and rhetoric can be used to silence dissent. The First amendment does not place limits on what you can say, and I'm glad that this student stuck up for that.
